I received an advent devotional via e-mail this morning. Here's a quote:
"God is a constant. He is always with me even though it may not seem like it. He is always with me, waiting in the background, waiting to come to my rescue any, and every, time I need him. He lets me come to him and choose him. He makes me realize how important he is to me and how much I need him."
The theme of the first Sunday of Advent is hope. What gives you HOPE?
